How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been processed by our payment gateway it will appear in the Past Orders section of your Account;. Orders that have just been received will be set to a status of entering until a member of despatch processes it.

I live outside the UK. What are the prices in my currency?

At present Paws & Co  prices are displayed in Sterling. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you can choose to pay in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) when reaching the checkout stage. We can accept orders from almost all countries.
